    Miniature MEMS Inertial Measurement Unit Module ADIS16475


    Overview

    The 16475C is a high-precision, miniaturized MEMS motion sensor module containing three-axis gyroscope and three-axis accelerometer. Each inertial sensor in the 16475C is combined with signal conditioning circuitry to provide a simple interface for data acquisition and configuration control using an SPI interface and register structure. The 16475C is available in a 100-ball BGA package that measures approximately 15 mm × 11 mm × 11 mm.
