GUOMAT Air Spring For Industrial Machine

GUOMAT air springs are high-tech elastic bellows with metal end caps.

Our standard air springs typically consist of four layers:

1. One calendered rubber inner liner

2. First fabric reinforcement layer

3. Second fabric reinforcement layer

4. One calendered rubber outer layer

For special requirements on the compressive strength of the air spring, please contact our technical department. We can also customize special models with four reinforced layers.

Air Spring Storage and Transportation Instructions:
1. Avoid rough handling during transportation and loading and unloading.
2. Store in a dry, ventilated warehouse, away from direct sunlight.
3. Provide ample space at the installation location to avoid contact with oils, acids, bases, and sharp objects.
4. Avoid contact with sharp tools; mating parts should be smooth and free of sharp edges.

Admonition:
Do not inflate components without any restraint. Components must be restrained by a suspension or other appropriate structure.
Do not exceed the recommended pressure in the design manual. Improper use or overinflation can cause component damage, performance impairment, or serious personal injury.
