1:In the modern building structure system, the floor bearing plate,
as a key component for floor load-bearing, has become an important
material in the industrial and civil construction fields due to its
diverse material options, excellent compression resistance, wide
application scenarios and convenient construction advantages. Its
comprehensive characteristics can be analyzed in depth from
multiple dimensions.
2:From the perspective of materials, the floor bearing plate mainly
uses galvanized steel as the core material, and special materials
such as aluminum alloy and composite steel are selected in some
scenarios. Among them, the galvanized steel floor bearing plate
achieves excellent anti-corrosion performance through the surface
galvanized layer (with a common zinc layer thickness of 40-275g/㎡),
which can resist moisture and dust erosion during building
construction and use, and extend the service life of the component;
the aluminum alloy floor bearing plate has the advantage of light
weight, which is suitable for buildings with strict restrictions on
roof load-bearing; the composite steel floor bearing plate combines
multiple layers of materials to take into account compression
resistance and additional properties such as sound insulation and
fire resistance, meeting the differentiated material property needs
of different buildings.
3:In terms of compression resistance, the floor bearing plate
exhibits strong load-bearing capacity relying on scientific
cross-sectional design (such as closed, open, and reduced opening
types) and high-quality base material properties. Taking the common
galvanized steel floor bearing plate as an example, its compressive
strength can reach 300-500MPa, which can effectively bear the
self-weight of the floor, construction load, and the weight of
personnel and equipment in later use, and is not prone to
deformation, bending and other problems under long-term stress.
Some high-strength floor bearing plates, through the design of
reinforcing ribs, can also be adapted to large-span buildings (with
a span of up to 6-12 meters), reducing the setting of secondary
beams, simplifying the building structure, and at the same time
ensuring the stability and safety of floor load-bearing.
4:In terms of application scope, the floor bearing plate has an
extremely wide range of applicable scenarios. In the field of
industrial construction, it is a core floor component for
workshops, warehouses and production plants, which can adapt to the
heavy load requirements of industrial equipment; in civil
construction, it can be used for the floor construction of
high-rise buildings, residential buildings and commercial
complexes, meeting the load-bearing needs of residential and
commercial spaces; in addition, in special buildings such as bridge
auxiliary structures, underground garages and large venues (such as
gymnasiums and exhibition centers), the floor bearing plate can
also meet the structural design requirements of different spaces
with its flexible adaptability, truly realizing the cross-scenario
application of "one material for multiple uses".
5:From the perspective of use, the function of the floor bearing
plate covers the entire cycle of building construction and
long-term use. During the construction phase, it can be used as a
temporary load-bearing platform to carry construction personnel,
steel bars, concrete and other materials, replacing traditional
wooden formwork and reducing the processes of formwork erection and
removal; after the structure is formed, the floor bearing plate and
concrete form an integral composite floor slab, which bears the
permanent load of the floor, transmits vertical force to the main
beams and frames, and at the same time enhances the crack
resistance and rigidity of the floor slab, avoiding problems such
as cracks and settlement of the floor slab in later use, and
providing long-term guarantee for the safety of the building
structure.
6:Construction convenience is an outstanding advantage of the floor
bearing plate. On the one hand, the floor bearing plate is produced
by factory prefabrication, with unified finished product
specifications (common width of 600-1250mm, length can be
customized according to the project), no secondary cutting and
processing is required on site, and only bolt connection, welding
and other methods are needed for splicing and fixing, which greatly
reduces the on-site workload; on the other hand, its lightweight
feature (the weight per square meter of galvanized steel floor
bearing plate is usually 20-50kg) reduces the difficulty of
hoisting. With the modular installation process, a construction
team can complete the installation of 300-500㎡ per day, which is
3-5 times more efficient than traditional wooden formwork
construction, effectively shortening the construction period and
reducing labor and time costs.
7:In summary, relying on the adaptability of materials, strong
compression resistance, wide application scenarios, core
load-bearing use and efficient construction advantages, the floor
bearing plate not only simplifies the building construction
process, but also ensures the safety and stability of the floor
structure, becoming an important supporting component for promoting
the industrialization and high efficiency of modern construction.
