      1. Q: Can Geocell be used for rock slope protection, and how to handle the uneven surface of the rock slope?
      A: Yes. For rock slopes, first level the slope surface with cement mortar (strength grade M10) to fill gaps larger than 100mm. Then, lay a 30mm thick geocomposite drainage net on the slope to improve drainage. Choose Geocell with a flexible structure (such as polyester Geocell) with a cell height of 100 - 150mm, which can adapt to the uneven surface of the rock slope. Fill the Geocell with a mixture of gravel and soil (ratio 70:30) to provide a growth base for vegetation, and plant climbing plants (such as ivy and Boston ivy) to achieve greening.
      1. Q: In areas with frequent heavy rains, how to enhance the anti - erosion performance of the Geocell - reinforced slope?
      A: First, increase the Geocell cell height by 20% - 30% to enhance the confinement of the filling material. Second, mix 2% - 3% of soil stabilizer into the filling soil to improve the soil's anti - erosion ability. Third, set up a drainage system on the slope: install 100mm diameter perforated drainage pipes along the slope every 5m, and connect them to the slope toe drainage ditch. Fourth, lay a layer of erosion - control blanket (mass per unit area ≥ 400g/m²) on the surface of the Geocell - filled soil to reduce the direct impact of rainwater.
