• 1. Tube Arranging and Feeding Machine​
  The tube arranging and feeding machine enables automatic sorting, sequencing and precise feeding of printing tubes, eliminating the need for frequent manual intervention. It significantly reduces feeding time and labor costs, while avoiding tube damage caused by manual operation, thus ensuring the stable start of subsequent printing processes.

• 2.Plasma Surface Treatment Function​

  The plasma surface treatment function uses high-energy plasma to clean and activate the surface of substrates. It effectively removes impurities such as oil stains and dust on the surface, improves the surface tension of materials, allows better ink adhesion, and solves common problems like ink peeling and blurring during printing.

  3.Glossing Function​

  The glossing function uniformly coats a layer of transparent varnish on the surface of printed products after printing. It not only enhances the gloss and texture of the product surface but also forms a protective film, improving the product's scratch resistance, wear resistance and water resistance, and extending the service life of the product.

  4. Hot Stamping Function​

  The hot stamping function transfers metal foil to designated positions on the product surface through a heated hot stamping plate. It can form exquisite, metallic patterns or text on printed products, enhancing the visual grade and brand recognition of the product, and is suitable for high-end packaging, gift boxes and other products with high appearance requirements.

  5. LED-UV Curing Function​

  The LED-UV curing function uses advanced LED-UV light sources to quickly cure ink after printing, eliminating the need for long waiting time for drying and shortening the production cycle. The cured ink has strong adhesion, bright and stable colors, and is more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly compared with traditional curing methods.

  6. Finished Product Quality Inspection Function​

  The finished product quality inspection function uses high-definition cameras and intelligent image recognition technology to automatically detect problems such as color deviation, pattern defects and blurred text of printed finished products. It timely screens out unqualified products, prevents defective products from entering the market, and ensures the stable quality of products.​
