Product Description:
PPGI/PPGL (Prepainted Galvanized Steel/ Prepainted Galvalume Steel)
is coated with an organic layer which provides a higher level of
corrosion resistance and longer lifespan compared to regular
galvanized steel sheets.
The supporting material for PPGI/PPGL includes cold-rolled steel,
hot-dipped galvanized steel, electro-galvanized steel and
hot-dipped galvalume steel. The coating material is a combination
of polyester, silicon modified polyester, polyvinylidene fluoride,
durable polyester, etc.

The prepainted steel coil will be packaged in seaworthy packing and
shipped in bundles. To protect the surface of the steel coil,
plastic film will be applied to the inner side of the bundle. End
caps are used to protect the ends of the bundle from mechanical
damage. The corners of the bundle are protected with corner boards.
Strapping will be used to bundle the coil securely.
