We use three-core 80mil large chip LED beads - high-brightness and high-concentration light
The diameter of the tungsten filament in halogen bulbs is 1.5mm and the length is 5mm. To produce a good light shape, the size of the light-emitting surface should be designed according to this ratio. Therefore, we use CSP lamp beads with 3570 three-core 80mil large-sized chips. Under the same power, the fewer the number of chips, the larger the chip size and the higher the light density. In simple terms, three-core LED beads have a higher light concentration and illuminance than six-core LED beads. The larger the chip size, the higher the cost.
LED headlights are reflected light. Only when the focal length is the same as that of the original vehicle bulb can they be installed in the lamp to produce a good light shape and high illuminance. The three core elements of light concentration are: the position of the light-emitting point, the size of the light-emitting surface, and the distance between the light-emitting surfaces.
