The circular vibrating screen is an efficient and precise screening equipment. It adopts a three-dimensional motion trajectory similar to that of "human-like vibration", which combines horizontal, vertical and inclined movements. The vibrating screen body performs periodic oscillation driven by the eccentric shaft.
It has a high screen surface utilization rate and a large processing capacity. It can achieve multi-layer classification with 1 to 5 layers. The screening accuracy can reach over 95%. Working principle

The circular vibrating screen is powered by an eccentric shaft as its core. The motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate, converting the circular motion into a three-dimensional motion of the screen body, which includes horizontal rotation, vertical vibration and inclined swinging.
The materials are evenly distributed on the screen surface and move towards the edge. Materials smaller than the screen holes pass through the screen for classification, while materials larger than the screen holes are discharged from the outlet. At the same time, the three-dimensional movement can reduce screen blockage and is compatible with multi-layer screen nets to achieve multi-stage screening.
