Product Description
Cyclone jet mill& classifier is a special crushing and grading
system that combines original cyclone airflow crushing technology
and self-split airflow classification technology. It is the best
solution to produce powder materials with narrow particle size
distribution. Application examples of battery materials, super-hard
materials, luminous (reflective) materials, medicine, pigments,
metal oxides, new chemical materials and other fields.
Working Principle
After the compressed air is cooled, filtered and dried, a
supersonic air flow is formed through the nozzle and injected into
the rotary crushing chamber to fluidize the material.
In the rotary crushing chamber, the accelerated material meets at
the intersection of several nozzles and produces a violent
collision , Friction and shearing to form ultrafine particles. The
crushed materials are transported to the impeller classification
area by the rising air flow. Under the action of the centrifugal
force of the classification wheel and the fan pumping force, the
coarse and fine powders are separated. In the zone, the powder that
meets the requirements of the finished product is collected by the
discharge opening of the classifier. The fine powder that is finer
than the particle size requirements enters the cyclone collector
and bag dust collector with the airflow, and the purified gas is
discharged by the induced draft fan

● For inflammable, explosive, and oxidizable materials, inert gas
can be used as a medium to achieve closed circuit crushing, and the
inert gas can be recycled, with very low loss.

ultra-fine crushing of low melting point and heat-sensitive
materials.
