The LNK-201M is a high-performance Mini 8K/60Hz HDMI2.1 over
Single-Core Multimode
Fiber Extender, featuring a compact pluggable design that connects
directly to target devices
—eliminating the need for extra mounting space and simplifying
deployment in space-constrained
environments. As a Mini 8K/60Hz HDMI2.1 over Single-Core Multimode
Fiber Extender, it combines
ultra-high-definition video transmission capabilities with a
streamlined form factor, making it an ideal
solution for scenarios where both 8K visual quality and space
efficiency are critical.
This extender enables extension of 4K video sources (with backward
compatibility for lower resolutions)
over single-core multimode fiber up to 100m to the desired display,
while its core advantage lies in
supporting 8K/60Hz ultra-high-definition transmission—delivering
crisp, detailed visuals that meet the
demands of high-end AV applications. The absence of copper
conductors in its transmission chain ensures
negligible RFI (Radio Frequency Interference) and EMI
(Electromagnetic Interference) emissions, safeguarding
data security and preventing video quality degradation, even in
electromagnetic-dense environments like industrial
control rooms or busy AV racks.
Engineered as an enclosed HDMI optical module, the Mini 8K/60Hz
HDMI2.1 over Single-Core Multimode
Fiber Extender supports uncompressed lossless transmission of HDMI
2.1 signals over OM5 multimode
optical fiber at 850nm wavelength, with a maximum transmission
distance of 100m and a resolution of 8K/60Hz.
Its transmitter unit (LNK-201M-T) converts HDMI signals into a
single 48Gb/s high-speed serial data stream for
efficient transmission over single optical fibers, while the
receiver unit (LNK-201M-R) accurately reconverts the
serial data back to HDMI signals—ensuring signal integrity from
source to display.
Compliant with RoHS standards and lead-free, the extender meets
strict environmental regulations in Europe and
China, aligning with global sustainability requirements. It also
boasts strong anti-interference capabilities, maintaining
stable signal transmission even in complex electrical environments.
