The coil features a PBT plastic skeleton that is highly
heat-resistant and filled with 30% glass fiber, ensuring mechanical
strength and high-temperature resistance. Internally, it uses
H-grade heat-resistant enameled wire compliant with the IEC
60317-13 standard (temperature resistance of 200 ℃) for winding.
Additionally, a magnetic metal frame (yoke) made of low-carbon
steel forms an effective magnetic circuit. The coil is encapsulated
with a special glass fiber reinforced nylon material, providing
integrity and protection.
Electrical characteristics and protection:
This coil series offers a wide range of voltage options, including
DC12V, DC24V, AC24V, AC110V, AC220V, and AC380V. It achieves a high
protection level of IP65 (with a junction box or corresponding
