Product Introduction
This 500L industrial-grade emulsifier integrates quadruple
functionality—high-shear homogenization, vacuum deaeration,
counter-rotational agitation, and thermal management. The fixed
dual-shaft stirring system employs counter-rotational mechanics to
eliminate dead zones while reducing mixing cycles by 40% compared
to conventional units. During operation, a sustained vacuum
environment actively strips micro-bubbles and prevents oxidative
degradation in sensitive compounds, while the rotor-stator
homogenizer delivers high shear velocity to achieve submicron
particle distributions down to 2μm for unmatched emulsion
stability. Integrated heating/ cooling jackets maintain ±1°C
thermal precision across production phases, with programmable
automation ensuring GMP-compliant batch consistency. Ideal for

Features
1. The wall scraping mixing system adopts the frequency converter
for speed adjustment, so that high quality products of different
processes according to customer requirements.
2. The high-speed homogenizer can powerfully mix solid and liquid
raw materials and can rapidly dissolve many indissoluble materials
such as AES, AESA, LSA, etc. during the liquid detergent production
process, which can save energy consumpion and shorten production
period.
3. The main pot body is welded by imported three-layer stainless
steel plate. The tank body and the pipes adopt mittor polishing,
which fully conforms to GMP requirements.
4. According to customer requirement, the tank can heat and cool
materials. Two heating way including steam heating and electric
heating is optional.
