The TRHDD-200 HDD Trenchless System is a compact and efficient mud
recycling solution designed specifically for horizontal directional
drilling (HDD) projects. With a capacity of 200GPM (50m³/h), it effectively separates solids from drilling fluids, ensuring
clean mud circulation and stable drilling performance.
Equipped with a double-layer TRZS752S shale shaker, 4” hydrocyclones, and TRSB series centrifugal pumps, the system
provides reliable multi-stage separation while minimizing mud loss.
Its integrated mud mixing hopper (TRSLH100) allows quick
preparation of new drilling fluids, making it a complete and
versatile package for HDD contractors.
