High Temperature Dyeing Machine With Precision Temperature Control

This machine is primarily used for dyeing, boiling, refining, and blanching twisted yarns, yarn bobbins, or loose fibers made from cotton, feather, or synthetic fibers.

After loading the materials into the dye beck, heated dye liquor flows continuously from the inner to outer layers under the action of a pump. A reversing mechanism enables alternating circulation direction, ensuring even dyeing at preset temperature and time. When the dye liquor exceeds 98°C, compressed air (or auxiliary pump when full) is applied to raise the boiling point and maintain optimal operation. The system features a compact design, low liquor ratio, high automation, and a high-efficiency, corrosion-resistant two-way centrifugal pump from Taiwan, contributing to excellent product quality and economic benefits.
