Hunan Changde Water Meter Manufacturing Co., Ltd, renamed at the
end of 2002 during the enterprise's system reformation, is
originated from Hunan Changde Water Meter Factory, which was
founded in 1965. Once it was appointed to be the water meter
manufacturing and the second grade measurement enterprise by the
State Economic and Trade Commission in China. After more than 40
years experience in this field, it becomes the biggest water meter
manufacturing enterprise with advanced technology, complete testing
method and powerful production guarantee in south and central area
of China. The products series has been up to 68 varieties, 231 type
specifications and our annual production capacity is more than
1,600,000pcs at present.
Our company is a new high-tech enterprise in Hunan Province, a
member of Chinese Measurement Association for water meter. It
successively wins "The National Trustworthy Quality Unit ", " The
Provincial Trustworthy Quality Unit of one hundred private
enterprises", "The Satisfied Unit in quality and service", "The
Trustworthy Unit in price and measurement in Hunan Province", "The
AAA grade Credit Enterprise" and some other honors. The company

standard for products. It is the one and only water meter
manufacturing company which have applied Certificate of
ISO9001:2000 in Hunan province. The "Changde" brand water meter is

products in provincial water meter field. What's more, it got the
