Multi-rope friction mine hoist is a lifting equipment widely used in mines. It is mainly used in vertical shafts of coal mines, metal mines and non-metallic mines, lifting minerals, personnel and materials, etc. Its core principle is to use the friction between the wire rope and the friction wheel pad to lift or release heavy objects.

Advantages:

• The load is borne by several wire ropes, with a small diameter and a small equipment size. That is, the improvement capacity is large under the same diameter specification;
• The wire rope is placed on the roll, not affected by the capacity of the rope, and is suitable for deep wells;
• Small inertia, small energy consumption at the same output;
• When the can is stuck or over-rolled, it can be slipped to avoid breaking the wire rope;
• The possibility of the wire rope breaking at the same time is small, and no fall protection device can be installed;
• The same number of left-twisted and right-twisted wire ropes can be used to offset the loose twisting trend and avoid pressure on the tank channel by the container tank ear;

Disadvantages:

• Several wire ropes are difficult and complicated to suspend, adjust, maintain and replace;
• After a certain wire rope is damaged, in order to keep the wire rope working in the same state, all new ropes must be replaced at the same time;
• It cannot be used for multi-level lifting at the same time, and it is not suitable for well drilling and lifting;
• The tension of the wire rope changes and is not suitable for ultra-deep well lifting;
• Because it is easy to cause sliding, it is not suitable for shallow well lifting.
