Constant Modulus Foil C 902 Alloy Strip (3J53/Ni42CrTi)
Elastic alloy is an indispensable material for manufacturing
precision instruments and nicety machines.Elastic alloys are
provided with the characteristics of high elastic module,high
strength,heat-resistance,corrosion-resistance,non-magnetic,stable
elastic module in a certain range of temperature,low expansion
coefficient ad high quality.Elastic alloys include constant elastic
alloys and high elastic alloy.
For Constant elastic alloy,we have 3J53,3J58,mainly for producing
frequency components,such as precision sensors,precision
spring,mechanical filter vibrators,turning forks for frequency
resonances,reeds and films in resonance relays.
Features:
Constant elastic alloys are characterized by a low
frequency-temperature coefficient and good mechanical behavior
under -40℃~+80℃.(Refer to our standard YB/T 5256-1993,YB/T
5254-1993)

What is the composition of Ni Span C 902?
Ni Span C902 sheet is a precipitation-hardening Ni-Fe alloy with
controllable thermal elastic coefficient and static elastic modulus
within the temperature range of -50 ° F to 150 ° F. The main
components of the alloy are iron, nickel and chromium, with small
amounts of titanium and aluminium.
