The SED-100FLB1-V is capable of automatically handling every step
in the packaging workflow, including measuring, forming bags,
filling, sealing, cutting, tallying, and heat-imprinting batch
codes. It comes with a control system featuring a Chinese display
and a stainless steel casing. Simply input necessary settings like
fill amount and bag dimensions into the visible setup panel, and
the control system will automatically fine-tune the synchronization
of all operations to reach peak packaging efficiency.
Operated by a stepping motor, the system delivers high precision.
Modifying the length of produced bags requires no adjustments to
other parts and is done with total accuracy. When using packaging
materials with color indicators, it ensures complete brand logos;
the paper-holding section uses a gravity-driven motorized
paper-pressing and feeding structure, doubling the paper feed
length and ensuring bags are formed evenly without misalignment.
Speed and bag length can be adjusted infinitely: Both packaging
speed and bag length can be modified within the rated range without
changing components. The design incorporates a unique embedded
sealing system, a reinforced heat-sealing mechanism, and an
intelligent temperature regulator. It maintains excellent thermal
equilibrium, works with various packaging materials, and offers
strong performance, low noise, distinct seal lines, and reliable
closure.
Based on user requirements, switching the cutter allows for
straight cuts, patterned cuts, and straight connected cuts,
ensuring the cutter operates stably and reliably without jamming
bags during cutting. Operation is straightforward.
