Calibration:

First, with the whole system UNLOADED, adjust "ZERO" potentiometer to adjust the zero offset.

Measure the output voltage or current of signal output with multimeter, make sure the value is as close to

zero as possible. Otherwise zero variation will get bigger when we change gain factor.

1, Gain adjustment

Add known load to the system (recommend: 80%~100% of Full Scale), then calculate value of the

output voltage or current according to the ratio between loaded weight and the maximum capacity.

Get output value using a multimeter. Adjust amplifier gain by turning "FULL SCALE" potentiometer.

2, Review

Unload the system and measure zero output. Make sure that it is as close as possible to zero.

Add known load, check whether the output voltage or current is amplified as needed you wanted or not.

If not, repeat steps 1 and 2.
