Under the nominal air supply pressure, when the solenoid valve
operating voltage is 85% of the rated voltage, the opening response
time of the electromagnetic pulse valve is less than 0.03 seconds.

Key Notes on Technical Terminology

Applications:
Compatible Models
ITSPK1-4825/5825 models are compatible with 1-inch pulse valves
such as TH-4825-B, TH-5825-C, TH-5840-F, TH-5825-M, etc; MD01-30 is
compatible with TH-5830-B, TH-5430-B, and TH-4830-B pulse valves
that are 1 and 1/4 inches in size; MD03-50M is compatible with
2-inch TH-5450-B, TH-4450-B, TH-5450-M, TH-4450-M pulse valves,
etc.
Material Parameters
The membrane is usually made of nitrile rubber (NBR) or
fluororubber (FKM) material. Nitrile rubber generally has a
temperature resistance range of -10 ℃ to 70 ℃, while fluororubber
has a temperature resistance range of -10 ℃ to 200 ℃. Metal
components and metal plates are generally made of stainless steel,
and the membrane is made of nitrile rubber imported from Japan,
with adhesive imported from the United States. Some rubber
membranes are also reinforced with fabric.
Applicable Pressure Range
In general, the Taeha pulse valve maintenance capsule can adapt to
a pressure range of 0.1MPa to 0.8MPa.
Components Included
Typically, each repair kit includes a diaphragm component, and some
styles may come with one spring, such as the ITSPK1-4825/5825
repair kit and the MD03-50M repair kit.
Service Life
Under normal operating conditions, the key components of the
membrane in the maintenance kit have a service life of no less than
1 million cycles.
Operation Time Parameters
Taking the MD01-30 model as an example, the recommended opening
time range is 50 milliseconds to 500 milliseconds, and the
recommended pulse interval time is 1 minute or longer.
Packaging Specifications
A single film kit is usually individually packaged in a plastic
bag, and 10 to 20 sets will be packed into an outer packaging box.
