Q1: Can you provide samples for customers to inspect the quality
before placing an order?
A1: Yes, of course. When you place a regular order, we will refund
the sample fee to you.
Q2: If I need customized services, such as adding my logo to the
packaging (envelopes), can you do that?
A2: Great! Our core business is handling customized orders for
customers. Therefore, we have rich experience in providing
customized services, including those for different indices, power
ranges, packaging, fog logos, and more.
Q3: Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for my order?
A3: Usually, there is no minimum order quantity. We don’t want to
set restrictions for our customers. However, as you may know, the
larger the order quantity, the more favorable the price will be.

Q4: What are your payment terms?
A4: Our payment terms are a 30% deposit before production and the
balance before shipment. You can make payments via T/T (Telegraphic
Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), RMB, Western Union, and PayPal.
Q5: How do you control the lens quality?
A5: We conduct multiple quality inspections during the production
process. Any unqualified products will be rejected and discarded.
