Application:
This equipment is a multifunctional rotary multi-color screen
printing machine with flexible configuration. It can be equipped
with a hot stamping device according to production needs, enabling
the seamless integration of screen printing and hot stamping
processes.
It has a wide range of applications, and is particularly adept at
printing patterns and characters on the surface of various
cylindrical or cylindrical-like products, including round plastic
bottle caps (such as those for beverage bottles and sauce bottles),
glass tubes (like essence glass tubes in cosmetics and medical
glass reagent tubes), wine bottle caps (covering metal or plastic
caps for various wine bottles such as white wine and red wine),
tubular products (e.g., toothpaste tubes, ointment hoses), lighter
casings, as well as rubber tubes, lipstick casings, etc.
In terms of performance, it boasts several advantages: the
operation process is optimized with a simple and intuitive
interface, allowing even new operators to get started quickly; it
adopts a high-precision positioning system to ensure minimal error
in the printing position of patterns and characters on the product
surface, achieving a high degree of; it features a high level of
