Process flow:

Steel ingot verification (chemical composition) → Sectioning to required dimensions → Furnace heating with controlled temperature monitoring → Forging of the blank → Heat treatment immediately after forging → Furnace removal → Surface and deformation inspection of forged blank → Preliminary machining → Initial quality checks (UT, MT, dimensional and hardness measurements) → Quenching and tempering (QT) → Comprehensive final inspection (ultrasonic testing, mechanical property verification, hardness, and microstructure) → Precision finish machining → Final dimensional verification → Marking and protective packaging → Storage in warehouse → Dispatch for shipment.
