Stainless steel submersible sewage pumps can be used for the
discharge of severely polluted factory wastewater, urban sewage
treatment, industrial wastewater from sewage systems, civil air
defense drainage stations, municipal engineering projects, and
construction sites. This stainless steel submersible sewage pump is
a new generation pump developed based on the characteristics of
domestic submersible non-clogging sewage pumps. It features energy
saving, anti-entanglement, non-clogging, automatic installation,
and automatic control.
WQP Stainless Steel Submersible Sewage Pump Product Features:
1. The WQP series stainless steel submersible sewage pumps utilize
large flow channels and anti-clogging hydraulic components,
significantly improving waste flow capacity. They can effectively
pass fibrous materials up to five times the pump diameter and solid
particles up to approximately 50% of the pump diameter.
2. Its rational design and matching motor ensure high efficiency
and significant energy savings. 3. The mechanical seal utilizes a
double-pass tandem seal made of hard, wear-resistant tungsten
carbide, offering durability and wear resistance, ensuring the
pump's safe and continuous operation for over 8,000 hours.
4. The pump features a compact design, small size, ease of
movement, and simple installation. No pump room is required; it can
be submerged in water, significantly reducing construction costs.
5. An oil-water probe is installed within the pump's oil chamber.
If the mechanical seal on the pump side is damaged and water enters
the chamber, the probe generates a signal, protecting the pump.
6. A fully automatic safety control cabinet can be installed upon
request to monitor the pump for leaks, electrical leakage,
overload, and overtemperature, ensuring reliable and safe
operation.
7. The dual-rail automatic coupling mounting system greatly
facilitates pump installation and maintenance, eliminating the need
for personnel to enter and exit the sump.
8. The float switch automatically controls the pump's start and
stop based on the desired water level, eliminating the need for
dedicated personnel.
9. The motor is guaranteed to operate without overload within the
operating head range. 10. Depending on the application, the motor
can utilize a water-jacketed external third-party cooling system,
ensuring safe operation in a dry state.
11. Two installation methods are available: fixed automatic
coupling and mobile free-standing, meeting various application
requirements.
