Working principle

The working principle of the vibrating screen is based on a combined motion mechanism inspired by artificial screening: The motor drives the eccentric shaft assembly, causing the screen to undergo periodic tilting oscillations and small amplitude vibrations in the vertical direction. This motion enables the materials to flow uniformly along a parabolic trajectory on the screen surface. At the same time, through the different aperture sizes of multiple layers of screen nets, the materials smaller than the screen holes pass through the screen and enter the lower layer or collection area, while the materials larger than the screen holes continue to flow forward and eventually exit from the corresponding discharge ports, thereby achieving efficient separation of materials of different particle sizes.
