Scope of application

The use of electronic sensors to detect the thickness and unevenness of fiber slivers is an intelligent detection instrument that can replace manual statistical operations and has high detection accuracy and testing efficiency.

Features of the instrument

1. It does not need to be tested under constant temperature and humidity conditions and can be used for online automatic control in industrial sites, enabling timely information feedback.

2. The instrument can test blended samples of fibers with different dielectric coefficients, and the uniformity of moisture content in different sections of the sample will not affect the detection accuracy of the instrument. It can not only automatically calculate the extreme unevenness rate R% of the fiber sliver, but also provide the coefficient of variation (CV%) index of the mean square deviation unevenness. This can more vividly and comprehensively reflect the unevenness degree of the sliver, providing accurate and reliable comprehensive data for product quality inspection and process improvement.

3. It adopts microcomputer control and a large-screen LCD with a Chinese menu. It features human-computer interactive dialogue operation, real-time curve display, and data preservation upon power failure. It can store up to 30 sets of historical data and print out reports and curve graphs.
