How to make the width adjustable for the ridge cap machine?
1.For the first 8 roller stations the width are adjustable by PLC. It is linear by servo motor PLC control.

2.For the last several roller stations, you need to adjust by hand.
3.In order to protect the shearing of the coil will not be damaged, we add some rubber rollers at the end of the metal rollers.
4.The rollers are designed by separated rollers, so the sizes are adjustable for bigger and smaller.

5.Use the molding frame to make sure the machine working stable.
6.Use the GCR12 roller material to make sure the machine more durable.
