Product Description
The TRZCQ360 Mud Vacuum Degasser is a high-performance unit
engineered to remove entrained and dissolved gases from drilling
fluids, ensuring consistent mud properties and stable drilling
operations. Positioned after the shale shaker, mud cleaner, and mud
gas separator—but before hydrocyclones and centrifuges—it captures fine gas bubbles that other equipment may miss.By
maintaining proper drilling fluid density and viscosity, the
TRZCQ360 enhances well control, protects downstream equipment, and
supports safe, efficient drilling.
Working Principle
The system uses a vacuum pump to create a low-pressure environment
inside its chamber. Drilling fluid enters under atmospheric
pressure and is subjected to a high-speed impeller, which shears
and disperses gas bubbles. These gases are extracted by the vacuum
system, while the degassed mud flows onward for further solids
control.
