The SMC CQ2A Series ultra-compact cylinders provide precise linear
motion for applications with limited space. With a 12mm bore size
and stroke options ranging from 5mm to 50mm, these double-acting
single-rod cylinders are 30% shorter than standard cylinders while
maintaining robust performance. Made from aerospace-grade aluminum
with hard anodization, they operate at 0.05-1.0MPa (7-145 psi) to
deliver a maximum thrust of 90N.
Pre-lubricated seals ensure maintenance-free operation, and
integrated magnetic fields facilitate sensor mounting. The
cylinders are compatible with SMC's modular accessory system, which
includes guides, valves, and mounting brackets.
