The SMC CQ2A Series ultra-compact cylinders provide precise linear
motion for applications with limited space. These double-acting
single-rod cylinders have a 12mm bore size and come with stroke
options ranging from 5mm to 50mm. Despite being 30% shorter than
standard cylinders, they offer strong performance due to their
construction using aerospace-grade aluminum with hard anodization.
Operating at 0.05-1.0MPa (7-145 psi), they can generate a maximum
thrust of 90N.
With pre-lubricated seals ensuring maintenance-free operation and
integrated magnetic fields for sensor mounting, these cylinders
offer convenience and efficiency. They are also compatible with
SMC's modular accessory system, allowing for easy integration with
guides, valves, and mounting brackets.
