Visualization of raw material loss helps with precise cost control
The production line is equipped with a basic raw material usage
statistics function, which can record in real time the raw material
consumption data of each batch of products such as non-woven fabric
and absorbent core, and generate simple reports (supporting Excel
export), helping customers clearly understand the raw material loss
rate, facilitating targeted optimization of procurement plans and
reduction of waste.
For the links prone to loss in the production of menstrual pants
(such as the cutting of elastic waistlines and the splicing of
leak-proof edges), reasonable loss threshold reminders are preset.
When the loss exceeds the standard, timely warnings are issued to
avoid hidden cost increases caused by improper operation or
deviations in equipment parameters.
Adapt to the demands of small-batch trial production and reduce the
market's trial-and-error costs
Supports small-batch flexible production (such as a single trial
production of 500-1,000 pieces), without the need to reach a fixed
large quantity as in traditional production lines before starting
up. This makes it convenient for customers to test product formulas
and patterns in new markets (such as a newly entered small African

When producing in small batches, the parameter switching is fast
