    The Ionpure CEDI LX-Z IP-LXM18Z-5 is an industrial-grade electrodeionization module engineered to deliver ultrapure water with resistivity up to seventeen megohm-centimeters without chemical regeneration. Utilizing Ionpure's patented continuous electro-deionization (CEDI) technology, it replaces conventional mixed-bed ion exchange systems, offering zero chemical consumption, minimal operational costs, and uninterrupted twenty-four-hour operation for critical industrial processes.

    Eliminates acid/alkali consumption and neutralization systems, reducing hazardous waste and operational costs by over sixty percent compared to traditional ion exchange.

    Fully filled concentrate chamber technology removes the need for brine injection or recirculation pumps, simplifying system design.

    High-Efficiency Performance

    Ninety to ninety-five percent recovery rate minimizes wastewater generation 310.

    Silica removal efficiency: ninety to ninety-nine percent (dependent on feed conditions), ensuring compliance with stringent electronics/pharmaceutical water standards.

    Dual O-ring seals guarantee leak-free operation at pressures up to seven bar (one hundred psi).
