FMVSS302 Intelligent Automotive Interior Combustion Tester
Product Introduction
This tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the
relevant provisions of the ISO 3795 standard. It is suitable for
horizontal combustion testing of automotive interior materials
(sedans, MPVs, trucks, and buses). The automotive interior
combustion tester features an integrated design consisting of a
test unit and a control unit, facilitating on-site installation and
commissioning. The control system is highly automated and includes
an automatic ignition function. A digital display of temperature
and time facilitates observation and recording, ensuring stable and
reliable operation.

test is high and residue is abundant, the interior is easily
contaminated. This patented design offers easy cleaning features as
follows:
1. The transparent glass of the combustion chamber is retractable
for easy cleaning.
2. The top cover of the combustion chamber is removable.
3. The side door can be opened freely.
4. The combustion chamber can be opened on all three sides for easy
cleaning.
3)Combustion safety design: Because the combustion chamber is prone
to dripping, this patented design eliminates any exposed electrical
wiring or gas lines, ensuring no explosion risk from dripping that
could melt the gas lines.
