mould, cap size 24-410 .
The mould core&cavity use German2344 do heat treatment, mould
base standard 718H, demould system by hydrulic cylinder
The mould should running on 160-200T injection machine, automatic
demould drop cap which cycle time more fast and save worker cost.
Mould processing by complete steps from design to purchase steel
material, processing, inspection, precision machining, assemble and
test, check samples. The mould steel do heat treatment keep
strength and work life.
Operational specifications, regular cleaning and maintenance can
make the mold life more longer. When we make mould also provide
extra some quick-wear spare parts for customer, such as O ring,
ejector pin, water connector, spring and so on which easy to
replace basic wearing parts. Normally after sale is one year after
