maximum anti-rotation. The **90° flat head** provides aerodynamic
sealing, while the **electropolished 316L body** resists salt spray
corrosion. Partial threads (70% depth) maintain tensile strength
with 30% weight reduction. Exceeds MIL-STD-1312 vibration
standards.
