Hot dipped galvanized steel is a form of zinc coating applied to
steel sheet. This occurs by passing the
steel objects through a bath of molten zinc and then cooling them.
The zinc bonds to the iron within
the steel. Hot-dip galvanizing works by forming a protective layer
on either side of the metal to protect
the finished product from corrosion.

Ocean Shipping
There are two ways to reinforce color coated steel coils: standard
reinforcement and special
reinforcement.
standard reinforcement :
We protect the coils by adding cushioning materials and tightening
them with lashing straps,
non-slip wooden blocks underneath to prevent movement, meanwhile,
we use waterproof
package,and add desiccants to prevent against moisture.
Special Reinforcement
Based on standard reinforcement, we made impact-resistant frames to
provide stronger
protection against impact, suitable for long-distance sea freight or harsh conditions.
