Workflow:
Raw Material Preparation: Monoammonium phosphate (MAP) and/or solid
phase bentonite (SSP) powders are prepared to ensure consistent
particle size and moisture content. The raw material moisture
content should be maintained between 5% and 20%.
Feeding: The prepared powders are fed into a twin-roll extruder
granulator via a controlled feeding system.
Extrusion Granulation: The powders are compacted between two
counter-rotating rollers with specially grooved surfaces. This
high-pressure compaction compresses the material into dense
granules.
Sieving: The granules are screened to separate them by size and
ensure a uniform product. Oversized and undersized granules are
typically recycled to the crushing and blending stages for further
processing.
Coating (Optional): Anti-caking agents or other coatings may be
applied to the granules to improve their handling characteristics
and prevent agglomeration.
