Gas Fired Preheating Station

1. Introduce

A ladle preheat system is a stand-alone station with a burner, system control center, and movable heater

assembly inside of an insulated cover. The heater and cover assembly is raised and lowered above open ladles.

These systems are typically designed for ladle capacities of one-half to two tonnes. Gas and electric power options

are available, and equipment controls can be customized to customer needs, ranging from advanced temperature

control options to manual controls.

2. Aluminium Transfer Ladle Preheater Description

Aluminium transfer ladle preheater use natural gas or oil or electricity as the fuel, heat the transfer ladle through the

burner on the top of machine to achieve the transfer ladle preheating.

A. Automatic ignition and heating, preheating temperature and time can be set freely. High combustion efficiency and fast heating speed；
