The eccentric stator and rotor set used in eccentric screw valves is the core component enabling accurate, pulse-free dispensing of high-viscosity fluids. This assembly consists of a helical metal rotor rotating inside an elastomeric stator with a double-helix inner cavity. The rotor’s eccentric motion creates continuously sealed cavities that move material smoothly and uniformly. This progressive cavity design minimizes pulsation, ensures volumetric accuracy, and delivers low-shear, stable flow—ideal for shear-sensitive adhesives, pastes, and filled materials. The eccentric rotor-stator mechanism also offers excellent wear resistance and supports reverse flow for precise anti-drip control. It is essential in applications requiring consistent and repeatable dispensing, such as automotive electronics, LED assembly, and power device potting.
