billet casting to deep processing of aluminum profiles:
- Our extrusion process produces high-quality mill-finished aluminum
profiles. The extrusion dies are meticulously maintained to enhance
the surface smoothness of the profiles.
- Pre-treatment methods such as sandblasting, mechanical polishing,
and brushing are completed before anodizing and powder coating.
These provide stylish options like glossy or matte finishes for raw
extruded profiles while ensuring the removal of surface dirt and
oils.
- Post-treatment methods--anodizing, powder coating, wood grain, and
electrophoresis--offer more color choices and improved weather
resistance for aluminum profiles.
We provide customers with various surface treatments, making the
aluminum profiles more resistant to chemicals, moisture, UV rays,
and certain extreme weather conditions. This also reduces the risks
of chipping, corrosion, scratches, peeling, or fading.
