Ultra slim design
Space saving structure: significantly shortened overall length, with a minimum width of
only 7.5mm (SJ2000 valve) to 10mm (SJ3000 valve), suitable for
fixtures and automation equipment with limited space.
Lightweight: 5%~13% lighter than the old CQ2, reducing equipment load.
Flexible installation and testing
Four sided magnetic switch slot: Models with a cylinder diameter of ≥ 32mm support four-way
installation of magnetic switches (double-sided for Φ 12~Φ 25),
enhancing layout flexibility; The switch is embedded in the groove
without protruding to avoid interference.
Modular accessories: Standard installation bolts and pole end connectors, optional
double earring/foot mount components, eliminating additional
procurement.
High compatibility and durability
Sealing and buffering: Nitrile rubber (NBR) seals are suitable for environments ranging
from -10 ℃ to 70 ℃; Standard rubber cushion pad (some models) to
reduce terminal impact.
Protection level: IP65 protection (stainless steel valve body meets NEMA 4X),
resistant to dust and humid environments.

Dust removal system: The large cylinder diameter CQ2B160 (cylinder
diameter 160mm) drives the lifting valve, combined with a pulse
valve for dust cleaning.
Storage bin control: The resistant to lateral load (CQ2 □ S) arch
breaking feature makes it durable against pressure from powder
materials.
Special Environment
Food machinery: The water-resistant (CQ2-R/V) and washable design,
with EPDM seals, is compatible with sterile environments.
High-temperature scenario: The stainless steel valve body+FKE seal
(customized) can withstand temperatures up to 120°C
instantaneously.
SMC has redesigned the CQ2 compact cylinder with a new body, making
it possible to mount auto switches on any of the 4 surfaces,
depending on the installation conditions. Auto switch mounting
grooves have replaced the CQ2s mounting rails, preventing
projection of auto switches and improving ease and safety of work.
