Description
The automatic coating machine features a base material feed hopper
with a pneumatically controlled slide gate, which delivers the
product to a PLC-controlled weighing scale. Solutions are fed into
a high-speed rotating disc-type liquid applicator via a positive
displacement pump, while powders are delivered via a unidirectional
dispenser in an alternating cycle. Cycle time depends on the
product type and the amount of added ingredients.
