Simplify the packaging process adaptation and reduce downstream
costs
The production line can be directly connected to various common
packaging forms (such as individual sealed packaging and
multi-piece bagged packaging), without the need to purchase
additional packaging equipment. Moreover, packaging parameters
(such as sealing temperature and packaging speed) can be flexibly
adjusted according to the packaging materials selected by the
customer (such as PE film and degradable packaging paper that are
easily available locally), reducing the adaptation cost in the
packaging process.
In response to the special packaging requirements of some markets
(such as the reserved space for halal label printing in the Middle
East market and the compatibility of eco-friendly materials in the
European market), the production line is designed with reserved
adjustment space for packaging workstations, facilitating customers
to install printing or labeling modules later without the need to
modify the main equipment.
