The pre-owned Fluke 9500B packages leveled-sine, fast-edge, DC and
timing-marker functions into one chassis, giving you full
automation for bandwidth, gain and time-base calibration on
oscilloscopes up to 6 GHz. Five switchable heads source identical
signals, so multi-channel scopes are verified without recabling,
while 70 ps edges and sub-5 mV amplitudes uncover front-end
slew-rate and noise issues. Built-in MET/CAL® scripts, GPIB /
RS-232 control and on-board diagnostics cut test time and
paperwork. Shipped fully tested, freshly calibrated and
firmware-current, each unit arrives ready for immediate
deployment—delivering metrology-grade precision and long-term Fluke
serviceability at a fraction of new-instrument cost.
