1. The working principle of an Industrial Nitrogen filling oven
Firstly, the oven is equipped with a heating system, usually
composed of heating
elements like electric heating wires or heating tubes. When powered
on, these
elements generate heat, which is evenly distributed inside the oven
chamber
through a circulation system, often including fans, to achieve a
uniform temperature
environment. Meanwhile, the nitrogen supply system continuously
fills the oven
chamber with high - purity nitrogen. Nitrogen, being an inert gas,
displaces the air
containing oxygen and other reactive gases in the chamber, creating
an oxygen - free
or low - oxygen inert atmosphere. This inert environment
effectively prevents oxidation
and other unwanted chemical reactions of the materials being
processed during the
heating and treatment processes, ensuring the quality and
performance of the products.

temperature of the equipment is stable and the performance is

| Timing device: | HS48S-99.99 timing device can be switched on and off manually or
automatically. When the temperature reaches the set temperature,
the timing starts. When the time reaches the set range, the heating
power is cut off. A buzzer alarm is sounded. |
| Secondary mechanical protection: | Prevent the main temperature control of the equipment from failing,
causing the temperature to continue to rise. When the secondary protection setting value is reached, the heating
is cut off and an audible and visual alarm is issued. |
