1. Equipment Purpose of electric heat treatment furnace
It is used for general softening annealing and spheroidizing heat
treatment of metal wire,
wire rod and coil. It is a relatively non-oxidizing and
energy-saving periodic heat treatment
equipment.This series of electric furnaces can be used for heat
treatment processes such
as air atmosphere heating and high temperature annealing below
950℃. It has the advantages
of strong sealing inside the furnace, high furnace temperature
uniformity, good energy saving
and convenient operation.

3. Equipment Structure
RJ2 - 320-9 type pit type heat treatment resistance furnace is mainly
composed of furnace
body, furnace cover, heating elements and fixing devices;
electrical control system; furnace
temperature automatic control system, etc.
Shell: The frame ensures stability. The outer wall, made of ≥4mm
steel plates (10# - 12#
steel and 6mm bottom plate), is well - welded. It's painted per standards, with high -
temperate paint for key parts.
Lining: Full - fiber structure, using high - quality refractory
fibers from Shandong Luyang.
Pre - compressed fiber blocks (≥230 Kg/m³) are fixed with stainless -
steel round steel.
Insulation is ≥320mm thick. The bottom has high - alumina bricks with expansion joints
and strip heating elements covered by heat - resistant plates.
Heating Elements: Made of 0Cr25Al5 alloy, corrugated resistance
belts are installed on
sides and bottom. Special molds and ceramic screws are used. There are 3 heating
areas
with independent groups. Lead - out rods are φ16 0Cr25Al5, and wiring clamps are
chrome - plated. Resistance belts' neutral points zero - connected.
Muffle Tank: Made of 10mm 321 stainless - steel plates (10mm
bottom), with a round
pressure - sealed bottom and a sealed top. The 30mm - thick carbon - steel flange has
a graphite seal ring. The 25mm A3 sheet - metal cover, with a 321 stainless - steel
insulated box, is sealed by 14 - 16 manual screws.
Protective Atmosphere Device: The furnace cover has an air inlet,
an exhaust port (both
with manual valves), a pressure indicator, and a lifting ring.

7.Post-sales Service
The vacuum heat treatment furnace is warranted for 13 months
starting from the date of
shipment. The seller is responsible for repairing the furnace or
replacing the broken parts
if faults are caused by manufacture defects, but damages caused by
faulty operation by
the workers are to be repaired by the buyer itself or by the seller
at a certain rate of charge.
(Easy-worn parts, and natural consumption of high temperature parts
are not included in
the warranty.)
