The D-series air cooler, also referred to as an air cooler, is a
type of cooling equipment that is ideal for use in different types
of cold storage facilities. These can be civil cold storages or
combined cold storages. The D-series air cooler is available in
three types, namely DL, DD, and DJ models. Each model is suitable
for use in cold storages with varying storage temperatures.
The D-series air cooler has several advantages which include
compact structure, light weight, and no cold storage area, which
helps to maintain uniform storage temperatures in the cold storage.
The air cooler has high efficiency, and can quickly cool down food
stored in the cold storage, thus improving the freshness of the
stored food.
Features:
1. The shell of our product goes through a plastic spraying process
or has an embossed aluminum plate. The surface of the shell is then
plastic sprayed, which creates a corrosion-resistant surface while
also looking beautiful and sleek. Our product is designed to
withstand wear and tear while also adding a touch of elegance
wherever it is used!
2. Our product has a novel coil design that reduces wind side
resistance vastly. During installation, the copper tube is
mechanically expanded onto the fin, hugging it tightly, and
reducing the contact thermal resistance. This enhances the heat
transfer efficiency and in turn reduces energy consumption. Our
product is designed with cutting-edge technology that ensures
maximum performance!
3. When our product undergoes pressure testing, we follow it up with
cleaning in the tube using trichloroethylene. This helps with
removing any moisture, oil or oxide scale in the tube. We care

sure our product is clean and hygienic!
4. We select only special fan motors that consume less energy, have
low noise levels yet still have a large air volume and a long
range. Our fan motor ensures that our product operates smoothly
even in humid and low-temperature conditions.
5. Our product has a U-shaped tubular stainless steel electric
heating tube that has strong insulation properties. The electric
heating tube is inserted into the coil, with a reasonable spacing
distribution and power design. This guarantees efficient defrosting
while also yielding an excellent result! We care about our

use a slot-type hanger that makes it easy to lift our product. It

a storage temperature of around 0℃. These facilities are typically

a storage temperature of about -18℃. This type of facility is
commonly used for storing frozen food items such as meat and fish

storage temperature of around -25℃. These facilities are mainly
used for the quick freezing of fresh fish products, meat or
prepared foods. The DJ type can help maintain the quality of the
