An Extraction table is a crucial device for fixed grinding,
polishing, sanding, and cutting devices, as it helps to suck in
particles and fine dust downwards, ensuring a clean workspace and
reducing exposure to smoke and dust for workers. Usually, grinding
and plasma cutting are done at the same time as welding. We provide
customized sizes for your workpieces and workstations plan, and
offer cleaning all-in-one machine with powerful vacuum power that
no longer requires additional dust collectors. It's important to
note that extraction tables are not suitable for welding fume
extraction, as it's challenging to extract welding fumes naturally.
Either the extraction tables don't work for welding fumes, or the
airflow needed to make them efficient is cost-prohibitive.
Therefore, it would be best to use the extraction table for plasma
cutting or as a grinding workstation.

Features:
The unique box type side baffle is designed with micro strip slit
holes on the inner wall. This helps in preventing splashing sparks
from rebounding and hurting people. The built-in high-efficiency
flame-retardant silencing fiber has an excellent sound-absorbing
effect. The box type side baffle can be opened as per the shape and
length of the workpiece. The maximum opening angle can reach up to
180°.
Through simulation calculation, proprietary impeller structure and
high-efficiency fan ensure high wind pressure, low noise, large
suction and low energy consumption. There are suction vents on the
bottom and front of the workbench for effectively controlling the
dispersion of dust.
The equipment is designed with simulation, fluid dynamics
calculation, and patented design. It adopts semi-closed dust
suppression structure and labyrinth side suction plates to
pre-separate large particle dust. The bottom suction and side
suction air volume can be distributed reasonably as per the dust
splash state. The structural design of the inner channel is more
reasonable, and it has small wind pressure loss. The equipment
offers high dust capture efficiency.
The dust purification room is equipped with a standard filter
cartridge, flame-retardant shroud, fire flowers, and dust
separation. The filter element's service life can be prolonged (the
cumulative service time can reach up to 6000h-8000h). The
drawer-type dust collecting box helps in the convenient and fast
removal of dust.
Note: The filter can be replaced easily- Hold the cartridge filter
by your hands and rotate it clockwise to remove it. To fasten it,
rotate it anticlockwise. The filter can be reused if thoroughly
cleaned using compressed air or water.
The cabinet body sheet metal is made of high-quality, high-strength
galvanized plate, which is surface-treated with electrostatic
plastic spraying. It undergoes a multi-layer anti-corrosion and
anti-rust process, with a large plate thickness, high strength,
firmness, and durability.
The integrated electric control panel is equipped with two groups
of industrial socket power supply as standard. Left-hand start-stop
position ensures safe and convenient operation. The standard
automatic back blowing and soot cleaning system is effective.
