combines printing, slotting, and die-cutting functions, equipped
with dual-station intelligent processing modules. The main
processing unit supports a maximum die-cutting format of
1600×2770mm, specifically designed for customized industrial
transport boxes and commercial display cartons. The slotting
mechanism features a heavy-duty dual-blade shaft design, enabling
ultra-deep slotting capabilities of 420mm. It stably processes
composite materials ranging from G-flute to BC double-wall
corrugated boards, ensuring box joint precision within ±0.35mm.
The printing unit integrates a servo-driven circulating inking
system with an 8-color high-precision anilox roller (250-600 LPI
customizable). Within the 1600×2770mm effective printing area, it
achieves high-speed output of 180 sheets/minute. Proprietary
multi-level frequency-modulated screening technology delivers a
print resolution of 175 LPI, supporting Pantone spot colors and
3D浮雕 (embossed) effects for precise brand anti-counterfeiting marks
and gradient patterns.
The entire line adopts a modular steel structure frame with
intelligent deviation correction and laser positioning systems.
Powered by a 380V/50Hz three-phase industrial supply, it
incorporates vector frequency conversion drives and energy
