Q2: How long does it take to make a sample? How long does it take
to produce in bulk?
Sample time: 1-3 working days. Production time: 8-25 working days.
Q3: Can you help with my design? What format of the design file do
you want?
A: We have professional designers to help you with design
adjusting. Format: AI, PDF, ID, PS, CDR.
Q4: What's your payment terms?
A: 50% deposit and 50% before delivery.
Q5: How to ensure product quality?
After receiving your order, we will send you the design draft as
soon as possible. Then, we will begin to make a sample for you.
All bulk production will match the final sample or be of even
higher quality. We also have a professional quality inspection team
to ensure that each shipment meets our standards.
Q6: What’s your MOQ?
There is no MOQ. You can order as few as 1 box. Ordering 1 box is
perfect if you’d like a sample to check out before committing to a
larger order.
